After the diagnosis we mutually determine the best method of treatment for you and specify a therapy schedule. The schedule is adjusted time and again as required during the process.

For body acupuncture I'm using very thin needles. Upon application you might experience a radiating sensation, an electric prickling, warmth or a dull pressure. In TCM this sensation is referred to as «De Qi» (arrival, reaching the Qi) and is absolutely normal. The needles should remain in the body for approximately 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the desired effect. During this time I will let you rest in quiet privacy. If you wish you can listen to calming music. From time to time I will stimulate the acupuncture points by slightly moving the needles.
